Sishen Mine required a dependable fuel logistics partner capable of meeting high-volume, high-frequency diesel needs in a regulated, high-risk mining environment. The delivery operation demanded strict adherence to mine safety protocols, fuel quality standards, and daily coordination with the mine’s operational schedule.
Our Response
Through the TotalEnergies LED Programme, Regal Motors was contracted to deliver diesel directly to Sishen Mine with a monthly target of 2,000,000 litres. We deployed a compliant fleet, certified drivers, and implemented tailored delivery schedules aligned with the mine’s shift planning.
